30 DAYS QUALITY ASSURANCE

Quality assurance is a scheme to make sure the qualities of our products are not compromised. We have manually reviewed/tested the products making sure they meet minimum quality requirements.

Those which pass the test are marked "Quality Assured" or simply "QA" in our store. Those without "Quality Assured" or "QA" marks are currently undergoing test. If product doesn't pass the test we will remove it from our catalogue or list it in Clearance Sale section.

For Generics and Local Brands: Slippers, chappals, clogs, shoes, and other footwears are tested by performing 1,00,000 typical walking steps. They are also cleaned once in the recommended way. Our practical way of testing this is by using the product as a daily wear for a minimum of 2 months.

For Big Brands: We selected products with a minimum of 3.8★ rating and at least 100 reviews on reliable sites such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

1. Thirty(30) days Daily-Wear without any visible wear and tear. This is just an assurance and most product will probably last longer. Some footwears even from lower price segment(below Rs.300) have withstand 1+ year of daily-wear.
2. Odour-Free.

For heavy training and workouts, we recommend buying sports shoe.
Sneakers, slippers, chappals, etc. are not designed to be used for heavy activity.

For Generics and Local Brands: Shirts, pants, socks, innerwear, any clothing items, etc. are washed and dried in shade 10 times. Detergent is used.

For Big Brands: We selected products with a minimum of 3.8★ rating and at least 100 reviews on reliable sites such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra.

Heavy jackets aren't washed 10 times. This is because customers don't question the quality of a jacket when they get to feel it in person. Moreover, washing a heavy jacket 10 times isn't very feasible. So, we handpicked certain jackets that are manufactured well with fewer manufacturing defects and higher fabric quality & fitting.

So, jackets aren't rated "Quality Assured", instead they are rated "Quality Checked".

Q. My product is "Quality Assured" but after using it for a few days, it got damaged/detatched/torn/faded. Why is this?

Ans:- Although the product is rated "Quality Assured", there is still a 5% chance of manufacturing defect thereby compromising the quality.
This is where our scheme comes in. You can raise a complain to claim a partial refund, replacement or a fix, whatever is suitable.

Q. I bought a producted marked "Quality Assured" or "QA", but during washing, the water turns coloured as if the dye is coming out. Why?

Ans:- This is common for certain dyed fabrics and it's not a quality issue. We assure you the fabric's colour will not fade.

Requirements:
- Invoice Receipt.
- Should be made within 30 days from the date of invoice.
- Photos/Videos of the Product.
